Yes. A lot of new builds and flips in communities like Sterling Grove and Rancho Mercado get shot empty, and that’s exactly where virtual staging earns its keep. We photograph the bare rooms and then digitally furnish them so buyers can actually picture living there instead of staring at empty walls.

We can fly drone shots on most properties, but it works best on homes with a big lot, a pool, mountain views, or a location near something worth showing off, like proximity to White Tank Mountain Regional Park or a corner lot near a community park. If a home is on a small interior lot with nothing unique above it, we’ll be honest and tell you it might not be worth the add-on cost.

A 3D tour lets a buyer click through the house room by room on their own time and explore at their own pace, almost like they’re standing in the home. A video walkthrough is more like a guided tour, where someone else controls the pace and the camera moves through the home for you. A lot of agents use both since they serve different buyers.

If we shoot to Zillow’s required specs, yes. That means a full photo set, a 3D tour, and a floor plan, all captured the way Zillow’s system expects. We build our packages around those requirements so you don’t have to think about it or get bounced back for a re-shoot.
