Facebook Live | Virtual Open House

Video is increasingly becoming more and more important when it comes to marketing. It has been one of the most significant trends in social media this past year, with more people choosing to consume information this way than ever before.

Imagine the impact if you could bring hundreds of busy, qualified buyers to an open house. Well, through the power of social video, you can do just that. Virtual Open Houses are taking off as an effective marketing tool and it has become the perfect way to reach new audiences.

Transform your mediocre open house into a Facebook Live event! This approach works on multiple levels. First, you are able to showcase the property to a greater number of potential buyers, which your sellers certainly appreciate.

Second, you are providing convenience and important information to those buyers, essentially adding value to the process of house-hunting.

Third, you are able to expand your image and visibility on Facebook. Anyone who encounters your live streams instantly realizes that you are a dynamic, aggressive agent using technology and social media in a strategic manner.

On top of that, when you start recording a Facebook Live Video, Facebook immediately notifies everyone who “likes” your page. That means there’s a good chance you’ll get plenty of eyes on your live broadcast!

As long as you have a Facebook page and a smartphone, you can start using Facebook Live Video right away.

Simply open up the Facebook app on your phone, navigate to your Facebook page, and tap “Publish” near the top of the page.

Then, you’ll see several options at the bottom of your screen:

  • Tap “Live Video,” and allow Facebook to access to your microphone if you haven’t already.
  • After that, Facebook will give you the option to change your privacy settings and describe your live video so people know what it’s about.
  • All that’s left to do next is tap the “Go Live” button and get started!

Before your live event gets under way, start your virtual open house off by going live and giving potential buyers a run-down of the house i.e. pricing, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, garage size, amenities etc.  Make sure to include the address and cross streets in your introduction so viewers will know where to go if they want to physically come view the property.

During your Facebook Live event, you will guide the viewers through the home while they post questions in the comments section. You will able to answer their questions right there. If you have visitors come through during the event get them involved and allow them to give feedback as they tour the home.

The live stream is automatically recorded and retained, so it becomes a virtual open house and it’s available as long as it needs to be allowing potential buyers all the information they need.

After the event, review your video to see if you have missed anything that you should cover in a follow-up. Armed with the contact information of anyone who participated, you now can reach out to thank them and see if they have any more questions

Did you know……. More buyers are searching the Internet for their next home now more than ever.

In 2019 buyers are not driving around looking for their perfect neighborhood or dream home. Consumers are becoming increasingly more competent with technology devices such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones.

This is where they want to shop, and this is how they prefer to search for homes. This trend shows that buyers recognize the usefulness of technology, and will notice professional photos versus point-and-shoot or cell phone pictures.

The internet marketplace is intensely competitive, and it is important to have professional photos because they are your first, and often only impression to the majority of buyers searching for homes online.

One of the top real estate marketing tactics right now is providing a virtual tour. Featuring a virtual tour on your site is a great way to show clients that you’re aware of cutting-edge technology. It also allows buyers the freedom to explore a property around the clock. Virtual tours have been shown to attract more views and generate more leads than text and still images alone.

Interactive Floor Plans

We now provide the most comprehensive virtual tour on the market today. Our virtual tours now have the capability to have floorplans added to them.

Avoid the 360 spinning room or guessing what photo goes with what room.

If you want to see the Master Bedroom just click on the Master Bedroom and see the Master Bedroom.

This Interactive Floor Plan provides a quick idea of the layout and space of the home enabling the user to visualize how each room or area joins up with others.

This in turn, allows the potential buyer to click on the floor plan and move to the images that are specific to the area they want to see in the tour.

An Interactive Floor Plan adds significant interactivity to the user’s virtual tour experience and is highly recommended by Listing Marketing Pros.

We make it simple to get these set up.  Just order a virtual tour from Listing Marketing Pros, provide us with the floor plan, and we will set it all up.
